PSA’s specific responsibilities are providing outside bank and trade financing for various partnerships. We provide risk management expertise which includes arranging credit insurance, covering the FX risk as well as arranging facility financing.
PSA Global Trading History
Principals in PSA GLOBAL TRADING, LLC assisted in importing Magna 87 Octane Gasoline and Ultra-Low Sulphur Diesel from Harlingen/Brownsville, Texas into Mexico in 2018. In that time, the company grew from $67 Million to $452 Million dollars in gross annual sales. It helped acquire 240 fuel tanker trucks, and 400 hundred rail cars, leased 10 (34,000 bbls) storage tanks from Bluewing Midstream in Brownsville, Texas and time chartered 4 in-land barges and Medium Range vessels from Enterprise Marine Services based in Houston, Texas.
As a result, PSA currently has business relationships with major refineries in the United States such as Chevron, Valero, Marathon Petroleum, Phillips 66, Motiva/Saudi Aramco, Flint Hills Resources, Hunt Refining Company and Vertex Energy. PSA has many years of all facets of logistical support which include vessels, barges, rail, storage tanks, and trucking delivering directly from major refineries to the end clients.
PSA GLOBAL TRADING, LLC has recently expanded its global reach to include Africa and India through its newly formed business relationships. Currently, PSA is trading various commodities (Crude Oil from Mexico, Gasoil 10ppm, LPG, Petroleum Coke, Thermal Coal, Copper Cathodes, and Iron Ore) sourcing both to and from Africa and the Middle East to India, Brazil, and the Mediterranean.

Principal Owner
Patrick Kallestad - CEO - has been in the fuel trading and logistics industry since 2007. Patrick has both domestic and global experience primarily focused on the U.S. and Latin America. Recently he partnered with groups that have expanded that reach to include Africa, India, the Middle East and the Mediterranean.
